René Ricol

An expert in strategic and financial consulting, and co-founder of the Ricol Lasteyrie firm, René Ricol works with major listed companies and has held many high-level public offices.
A prominent figure in the accounting profession, René Ricol has served as Chairman of the Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes (French Company of Statutory Auditors), the Conseil Supérieur de l’Ordre des Experts-Comptables (French High Council of Chartered Accountants) and the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).
René Ricol co-founded Donnadieu & Associés in 2008, and played a decisive role in its development until 2016.
A model of ethics and professionalism, he is now an honorary member thanks to his reputation and the quality of his advice.

Ludovic Donnadieu

Co-Founding Partner - CEO


Ludovic, the co-founder and CEO of Donnadieu & Associés, is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor.
He graduated in accounting and development economics, beginning his professional life overseas (French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, major international audit firms, French Development Agency).
His thirteen years’ experience in the solidarity sector affords him a unique overall, strategic vision in this field
.
An expert in financial security, a consultant and a trainer with NGOs and collectives, including Coordination Sud, Ludovic is the firm’s CEO.

Arnaud Barbotte

Partner - Director of Operations


A graduate of the Sup de Co business school in Montpellier, with a double Masters in Audit Control, Consulting and Information Systems Management, Arnaud is a trainee chartered accountant and trainee statutory auditor. After initial experience in a traditional audit firm, he joined Donnadieu & Associés in 2013, so as to specialise in the international solidarity sector. Arnaud works with several solidarity organisations (NGOs, foundations and funding bodies). He oversees the firm's operations, specifically in the field of project audits both in France and internationally, particularly in sensitive areas.

Eloïse Dougère

Institutional donors legal advisor


Graduated from EDHEC business school, and founder of ELD Consulting and Training, Eloïse has been involved in the voluntary sector for fifteen years as a private and public finance officer, as well as a project coordinator for various associations in France and abroad. She has a sound knowledge of public and private funding rules, as well as financial management skills, and experience in the management of non-profit projects and partnerships. Eloïse is consultant and trainer for several NGOs and French collectives (Coordination Sud and regional multi-actors networks) and teaches in several specialized Masters.
 

Oumar Camara

Project manager


Oumar holds a Master's degree in International Cooperation and Development, three University degrees in International Relations and Project Management, as well as an MBA in Management from IAE de Paris - Sorbonne Business School. After several years of experience in NGOs as Project Manager and then Multi-country Programme Coordinator, Oumar joined Donnadieu & Associés in 2019. As Project Manager, Oumar puts his expertise in project management at the service of numerous solidarity actors in the framework of audit and consulting missions in France and abroad.

Constance Cornu

Auditor


A graduate of the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises d'Aix-en-Provence, with a Master's degree in Internal Audit and Corporate Governance, Constance decided, following previous experience in banks and in an international audit firm, to join Donnadieu & Associés in 2019. The international solidarity sector has always attracted Constance, who wishes to make it her speciality, in order to reconcile her values and her professional life.
As an Auditor, Constance collaborates with numerous solidarity organisations on audit and consulting assignments in France and abroad.

Perceval Gitton

Head of mission


As part of a Higher Diploma in Accounting and Management, Perceval will complete an internship at Donnadieu & Associés in 2013. Aware of international solidarity and the values conveyed by the firm, after gaining further professional experience in the accounting and finance sector, Perceval joined the firm in 2017 to manage audit assignments as Head of mission.

Gaël Taya

Auditor


Passionate about humanitarian action, Gaël has previously actively participated in several projects of assistance to refugee populations in Cameroon within an international organisation. A graduate of the Université Lumière Lyon II and ESFAM, holder of Masters degrees in Social and Solidarity Economy and in Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Action from the Institute of International Relations, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, Gaël joined Donnadieu & Associés in 2018 as an Auditor consultant on auditing and consulting assignments in France and abroad.

Clara Chatelet

Auditor


Clara holds a degree in Economic and Social Administration from the University of Montpellier and is very aware of the issues affecting human dignity. She is a graduate of ESCD 3A Lyon and has a Master's degree in International Project Management - Cooperation and Humanitarian Action.
With previous experience in management control within a major international humanitarian aid association, Clara joins Donnadieu & Associés in 2018.
As an Auditor, Clara works with many solidarity organisations on audit and consulting assignments in France and abroad.

Aureade Eboulé

Auditor


Aureade holds a Master's degree in Audit and Management Control from INSEEC MSc & MBA Paris.
She has previous experience in a major international audit firm in her native Ivory Coast.
Passionate about the international solidarity sector and eager to contribute to it, Aureade chose to join Donnadieu & Associés in 2018, in order to fully dedicate herself to this sector of activity.
As an Auditor, Aureade collaborates with numerous solidarity organisations in the context of audit and consulting assignments in France and abroad.
