An expert in strategic and financial consulting, and co-founder of the Ricol Lasteyrie firm, René Ricol works with major listed companies and has held many high-level public offices.
A prominent figure in the accounting profession, René Ricol has served as Chairman of the Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes (French Company of Statutory Auditors), the Conseil Supérieur de l’Ordre des Experts-Comptables (French High Council of Chartered Accountants) and the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).
René Ricol co-founded Donnadieu & Associés in 2008, and played a decisive role in its development until 2016.

Ludovic Donnadieu
Founding Partner
Ludovic is the founder of Donnadieu & Associés. He is also a chartered accountant and statutory auditor. Graduated in accounting and development economics, his professional life began overseas (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, major international audit firms, French Development Agency). His fifteen years' experience working with solidarity stakeholders have given him a unique overall and strategic vision of this sector.
Ludovic is an expert in financial security and a consultant and trainer for NGOs and groups, including Coordination Sud. He leads the firm’s strategy and development.

Arnaud Barbotte
Partner - CEO
Graduated from Sup de Co Business School in Montpellier, with a double Master's degree in Accounting Control Audit and in Consulting and Information Systems Management, Arnaud is a chartered accountant and a statutory auditor. He joined Donnadieu & Associés in 2013 to specialize in the international solidarity sector after an initial experience in a traditional audit firm. He has 10 years' experience working with international solidarity organizations (NGOs, foundations and donors) in France and overseas, mainly as Director of Operations. Arnaud is the firm's Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Oumar Camara
Partner - COO
Oumar holds a Master's degree in International Cooperation and Development, three University degrees in International Relations and Project Management, as well as an Executive MBA from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School. After several years of experience in NGOs as Project Manager and multi-country programs Coordinator, Oumar joined Donnadieu & Associés in 2019, as Audit Manager. Oumar provides his expertise to many stakeholders (NGOs, foundations and donors) in international solidarity by managing all the firm's operations, particularly those related to project audits and consulting, in France and abroad.
He is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the firm.

Eloïse Dougère
Institutional donors legal advisor
Graduated from EDHEC business school, and founder of ELD Consulting and Training, Eloïse has been involved in the voluntary sector for fifteen years as a private and public finance officer, as well as a project coordinator for various associations in France and abroad. She has a sound knowledge of public and private funding rules, as well as financial management skills, and experience in the management of non-profit projects and partnerships. Eloïse is consultant and trainer for several NGOs and French collectives (Coordination Sud and regional multi-actors networks) and teaches in several specialized Masters.

Aureade Eboulé
Auditor
Aureade holds a Master's degree in Audit and Management Control from INSEEC MSc & MBA Paris.
She has previous experience in a major international audit firm in her native Ivory Coast.
Passionate about the international solidarity sector and eager to contribute to it, Aureade chose to join Donnadieu & Associés in 2018, in order to fully dedicate herself to this sector of activity.
As an Auditor, Aureade collaborates with numerous solidarity organisations in the context of audit and consulting assignments in France and abroad.
She has previous experience in a major international audit firm in her native Ivory Coast.
Passionate about the international solidarity sector and eager to contribute to it, Aureade chose to join Donnadieu & Associés in 2018, in order to fully dedicate herself to this sector of activity.

Perceval Gitton
Auditor
As part of a Higher Diploma in Accounting and Management, Perceval will complete an internship at Donnadieu & Associés in 2013. Aware of international solidarity and the values conveyed by the firm, after gaining further professional experience in the accounting and finance sector, Perceval joined the firm in 2017 to manage audit assignments as Head of mission.

Gaël Taya
Auditor
Passionate about humanitarian action, Gaël has previously actively participated in several projects of assistance to refugee populations in Cameroon within an international organisation. A graduate of the Université Lumière Lyon II and ESFAM, holder of Masters degrees in Social and Solidarity Economy and in Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Action from the Institute of International Relations, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, Gaël joined Donnadieu & Associés in 2018 as an Auditor consultant on auditing and consulting assignments in France and abroad.

Lise-Alexandra Vincentz
Auditor
Lise Alexandra graduated from Kedge Business School Marseille with a Master's degree in Accounting, Control and Auditing, and was attracted by the international solidarity sector and the values promoted by the firm. She completed her first internship at Donnadieu & Associés in 2019. After an experience in financial control within an important development association, Lise Alexandra joins the firm in 2020. As an Auditor, Lise Alexandra collaborates with numerous solidarity organisations in the framework of audit and consulting missions in France and abroad.

Yann Cédric Kouablé
Auditor
After an experience in an auditing firm in Ivory Coast, his country of origin, Yann Cédric joined Donnadieu & Associés in 2021 as part of a master's degree in auditing and management control at INSEEC Msc & MBA Paris. Sensitive to the international solidarity sector, he chose to contribute to it. As an Auditor, he collaborates with many solidarity organisations in the framework of audit and consulting missions in France and abroad.

Mohammed-Ali Baddouh
Auditor
Mohammed-Ali holds a Master's degree in Accounting, Control and Audit from the IAE in Amiens and has extensive experience in audit firms. Passionate about the international solidarity sector and after an experience as Group Management Controller in North Africa, he joined the firm in 2022. As an Auditor, Mohammed-Ali works with numerous solidarity organisations on audit and consultancy missions in France and abroad.

Victoria Bellonie
Auditor
Victoria has graduated from a master’s degree in financial accounting & Information Systems at Léonard de Vinci Management school and is passionate by the humanitarian sector since her childhood. After several years of experience in NGOs as Field Administrator and Finance Manager at headquarters working for missions implementing projects in the Middle East, she joined Donnadieu & Associés in 2022 as an Auditor and works with audit and consultancy missions in France and abroad with the objective of supporting and advising efficiently NGOs.

Alice Camy
Auditor
Graduated from a Higher Diploma in Accounting and Management, Alice is a chartered accountant and trainee statutory auditor.
Very early in her studies, she identified the associative sector as her predilection field. In this context, and after an experience as a manager of accounting and financial operations within an association, followed by a period in a chartered accountancy and auditing firm, she joined Donnadieu & Associés as an Auditor, she collaborates with many solidarity organisations in the framework of audit and consulting missions in France and abroad.
